The Process
Submit Information: Fill out the check-in form with your current details.
Review & Agree: By providing your information and answering the questions, you officially acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Tournament Rules & Regulations and the Liability Waiver.
Verify at Desk: Once submitted, show your confirmation screen to the desk staff to receive your Meal Ticket and court assignment.
Player Agreement By clicking 'Submit,' you agree to our mission of sportsmanship and safety as we work together to build the future of our tournament series.

Divisions & Groupings
To ensure competitive and balanced play, we utilize the Combined USTA/NTRP Rating System. At check-in, you will select your rating, which is then combined with your partner's for division placement:
💎 Emerald (7.0 Division): e.g., Two 3.5 players OR a 3.0 & 4.0 pair.
💎 Ruby (8.0 Division): e.g., Two 4.0 players OR a 3.5 & 4.5 pair.
💎 Sapphire (9.0+ Open): Reserved for our high-level elite competitors.
Note: Final groupings are contingent upon participation. If necessary, divisions may be combined to ensure a fair, full, and competitive experience for all teams.
