Play On, Stress Off

"Tennis Therapy" is a dedicated time for players to de-stress and clear their minds. The focus is on fun and well-being, not just winning. The session promotes the three R's of tennis therapy: Relax, Release, and Rally.

  • Relax: Players can leave the worries of the day behind as they focus on the rhythm of hitting balls. It's a great way to channel frustration or anxiety into a productive, physical outlet.

  • Release: The repetitive motion of hitting, combined with the singular focus on the ball, can be a form of active meditation that helps quiet the mind and encourages being present in the moment.

  • Rally: The shared activity with others provides a sense of community and connection in a no-pressure environment, where the session is designed for free-form hitting, light drills, and just enjoying the feeling of the ball on the strings.

It’s a great option for anyone looking to use the court as a space to recharge their mind and body.

Schedule

19:00 - 19:10 | Warm-Up & Stretch We'll start with some light stretching and a brief chat to get you warmed up. Please remember to bring a mat or a towel for this part.

19:10 - 19:15 | On-Court Warm-Ups We'll move on to some quick on-court warm-up drills to get you ready for play.

19:15 - 20:15 | Match Play (Doubles) Enjoy some friendly, low-pressure match play.

20:15 - 20:45 | King of the Court A fun and fast-paced game to wrap up the competitive part of the evening.

20:45 | Cool Down & Chat We'll finish with a cool-down session and a chance to chat and relax.
