About Tennis Therapy
Traditional therapy happens in a chair. our therapy happens in motion on a court. We believe that the sound of a perfect strike and the footwork of a fast-paced rally are the best ways to clear the noise of daily life and relieve you of stress.

Energy: High-octane movement set to a beat that keeps you moving.
Community: A collective environment where every player is part of the team.
What to Expect
Stretch and Flex: At the start of tennis therapy, we will be stretching and loosing up our muscles to prevent injuries.
Ice-Breaker: After Stretch and Flex, we will use about 5 to 10 minutes to become acquainted with one another by a fun ice-breaking game.
The Warm-Up: Once the ice-breaker is completed, you will be paired with another player to warm up with. This section will be about 15 mins for you to warm up down the line, cross court, volleys, over heads and serves.
Match Play: This will be Doubles, single set, no-ad scoring format. There is potential for Singles as well, depends on group size. There will be 3 sets played or until time permits.
Coaching Corner: There will be a coach walking around during play, don’t hesitate to ask questions. They will be providing their insight and giving tips.
The Wrap-Up: This will be at the end of the session, you will be able to talk about you feel you did well and what you would like to improve for next time.
